Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking Threads on Canvas at Fashion Beyond Borders Institute (FBBI). To ensure we can properly prepare fabrics and accommodate all participants, the following cancellation and refund policy applies: Booking Fee: The GH₵111 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations 24+ Hours in Advance: Customers who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a refund of the amount paid excluding the GH₵111 non-refundable booking fee. We allow the client to reschedule their appointment within 14 days. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made Less Than 24 Hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. We allow the client to reschedule their appointment within 14 days. No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop without providing the required notice are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to FBB Institute's discretion. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Client should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled workshop. Once the scheduled workshop time starts, the client will only be granted the time paid for. In order to respect our other clients, we do not extend the time if a client is late.
