We believe financial circumstances should never determine how far someone can go.

That belief is deeply personal to our founder, Madam Shawnie Grant. Her own journey began with a dream and a financial obstacle. There was a time when her parents could not afford to pay her college tuition. Rather than allowing that circumstance to define her future, she worked her way through her undergraduate education and continued her academic journey into an MBA program. She knows firsthand what it feels like to have the ambition, but not necessarily the resources. That experience became the inspiration behind the FBBI Scholarship Program.

Our scholarships are intentionally created for aspiring entrepreneurs, creatives, and future leaders who have the talent, determination, and vision to make an impact, but need financial support to take their next step.
